Open Address to Ursula von der Leyen (1) (19nth Decembre 2019)
Open Address to Ursula von der Leyen (2) (28th May 2020)
Dear UN Secretary General Guterres, Dear EC President von der Leyen,
World Crisis - Solution: The Importance of Intangibles (11nth June 2020)
Recovering lost trust is simply outside the Leaders' and Institutions' competence.
Time to include the New Capacity Building Programme (NCBP) into the equation.
The Third Millennium's Top Priority is achieving and sustaining the citizens' well being and quality of life at interconnected personal, neighbourhood, local, regional, national, continental and world levels. This requires a fundamental mindset revolution, a fundamental education revolution and a fundamental governance evolution - in that order - that can only be undertaken by first setting up a highly interactive New Global Governance Infrastructure based on mutual trust facilitating coordinated collective citizen/institution collaboration on an equal footing with equal opportunities. It is essential to understand that we are faced with a global network of interconnected global challenges that can only be appropriately managed by such an infrastructure.
What is important to understand is that essentially all the UN/EU System decisions and programmes have so far been taken and imposed on the citizens in an atmosphere of suspicion and distrust: not an ideal strategy. The mindset determines how you articulate the bits and pieces together. You may have the same data, but two different mindsets shall come up with different conclusions or solutions... So chances are that all the policy and political programmes may have to be reconsidered if not based anymore upon suspicious minds... which is why I have suggested that you stop what you are doing now [UN/EU System: STOP! (18nth June 2020)], take a pause to look in a mirror, recover lost trust then get back to work WITH the citizens. This is essentially what the NCBP has in mind and is working on.
So why not explore synergies and collaboration perspectives?
