It is essential that an actual 7FP proposal fulfills the requirements of the topic description in a comprehensive manner.

ii. The Belgian (Flemish speaking) NCP for Health is not responding to my enquiries for advice regarding the Health Calls for Proposals  The Belgian French speaking Health NCPs (Brussels Region and STIS) have exeptionally accepted to help out. I already know that THERE ARE NO CALLS FOR CANCER PROJECT PROPOSALS THIS YEAR.

iii. Funding for a WSWBQoLP Event or Meeting is not possible under FP7.

I shall ask whether some other solution may be found by contacting other DGs and the European Parliament.
