The Belgian Flemish Health NCP refuses to help out. The three Belgian French speaking NCPs do their best.

The Cordis Partnership Web Site is not working properly. 

We succeed in finding partners in France, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Greece and Belgium. Proposal is written up. Our German partner (specialised in budget assessment and project management) lets us down at the last moment; fortunately, our French partner has experience in financal matters regarding EU Research and helps us out.
