CFP

The Common Financial Pool is under the Principal Coordinator's direct responsibility.

The CFP aims to support the IMNRC- NewPOL Network HQ:

	invitations for Academic / NewPOL Network presentations (travel expenses and hotel accommodation)
	maintenance: office, hardware, software, ...
	administrative assistance: secretary
	public relations personnel
	qualified personnel for processing the enormous NewPOL Network database
	salary for the Principal Coordinator and personnel

The Common Financial Pool contributes a percentage of its Funds to the National Financial Pools unless otherwise stipulated by contract. This has to be discussed during a Plenary Session.
